Administrators:: PRO AdaCare Tip - Changes to items with Effective Dates

Because the new year sometimes means changes...

To make changes to items like Contracts, Staff Base Pay Rates, Staff Available Hours, Client Care Plans, etc. - anything with an Effective Date - make sure you understand how! Usually that means making a NEW COPY with a NEW EFFECTIVE DATE, rather than using Edit on the old copy.

If you are not sure about this, please call us for training - it is far easier to get a short training from us first, than correcting mistakes after incorrect Edit(s)!!!
