Here’s what’s new:

1. The QuickBooks Online Connection has a new option when you export invoices with details for every visit. The option lets you include more details: the staff initials plus the arrival and departure times for each visit on the invoice. Pull down the Administration menu, QuickBooks Online Connection, and select Set Up QuickBooks Preferences to turn this option on.

2. In some cases, the Client Payer Billing Worksheet could display names out of alphabetical order. This problem has been fixed.

3. When you discharge a client, you normally make them inactive and keep their records on file. On the rare occasion when you need to delete a client, AdaCare warns you if the client still has any visits scheduled. This warning has a new option to delete these visits for you, instead of requiring you to delete the schedules yourself in advance.

4. The Client Contact List has a new option to let you select just the clients that belong to a particular client group.
